USA
We accept Visa/MasterCard, American Express, Checks and Money Orders for payment of your order. NOTE: Personal checks may be held for clearance before shipping your order.
Canada and Mexico
We accept Visa/MasterCard, American Express and Money Orders drawn on U.S. banks in U.S. funds only (personal or company checks not accepted). Please include extra shipping.
All Other Foreign Countries
We are sorry, but due to the greater amount of paperwork, we have a $50.00 (plus shipping) minimum order to Foreign Countries (except Canada and Mexico). Only Money Orders drawn on U.S. banks in U.S. funds or Visa/MasterCard and American Express credit cards are accepted.
Open Account Orders
Schools and Government Agencies: We now will accept open account orders ($100.00 minimum) from most schools and government agencies. Please note: Our terms are NET 30. You will be invoiced for only what we have available that is on your purchase order. Sorry, no verbal purchase orders are accepted - you must email or mail your official purchase order. Contact us if you have any questions.
C.O.D. and Open Accounts
We do not accept C.O.D. or Open Account orders (except from schools and government agencies). See above.
Shipping
Please include $6.50 shipping to cover up to 2 lbs. to anywhere in the Continental U.S.A. We ship most orders by UPS surface, therefore, we must have a street address. If you live outside of the continental U.S.A., or must have your order shipped to a P.O. box, you must include a minimum of $7.00 shipping. Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and Mexico orders must include $7.50 for shipping. If shipment of your order costs more than $7.50, we will still send your order (unless the amount owed is too great), but we will attach a note telling you how much more you need to remit to us. UPS surface takes between 4 and 8 working days (M-F) to deliver your package after we give it to them. Please note that if we are shipping to a residential address, UPS charges more to make the delivery. If your order is for a large quantity of heavy items such as transformers, speakers, motors, etc., you will need to include more for shipping, as these packages are over 2 lbs. We normally process all orders within 7 days after receipt of the order, however, if you have paid for your order with a personal check, we may wait for our bank to clear your check.
Rush Service
If you would like same day shipment, and you have paid for your order with Visa/MasterCard, American Express, Money Orders or Cashiers Check, please include $12.00 extra RUSH charge (in addition to the $6.50, $7.00 or $7.50 shipping charge). We will then process your order within 24 hours and ship it out via UPS blue label rush shipping (up to 2 lbs.), except for weekends and holidays. Normally, blue label arrives anywhere in the Continental U.S.A. within 3 working days. On large quantity orders, our rush service costs more than $12.00, so please email us for actual costs if this applies.
Returns
Kits may be returned within 30 days only if they have not been opened. Parts may be returned within 30 days if they are in original condition. No adjustments whatsoever can be made after 30 days. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
